Sims 4 Challenges, by Lauren Schreiber

In case you missed it, one of the most popular Sims 4 challenges is the 100 Baby Challenge. The main objective of this challenge is to give birth to 100 children in as few generations as possible only ending when either the 100th baby is born, or if you fail the challenge for rule breaking. This challenge has made many people rage quit, but with these few tips, you can make it through much easier. The largest official rule guide is from Snarky Witch at https://snarky-sims-witch.tumblr.com/post/181535303038/tos-i-am-the-original-writer-of-the-sims-4-version. (Note This list does NOT include anything from the occult collection)

100 Baby Challenge

Step 1 - Starting Traits

As stressful as this challenge will be on the matriarch of the family, having a set trait lists will help tremendously. For the romantic side of this challenge, make sure your sim starts with the romantic trait so the sim can gain the flirty moodlet for 4 hours. The next trait you should definitely have for your sim is the family oriented trait so your sim will be happy around her expanding family. The final trait you should add to the list is actually a toss up of whatever stay-at-home career boosting trait you would like your sim to have (i.e. creative if you want your sim to be a painter/writer)

Step 2 - Fertility Treatment/Fertility Massage

I feel like this is a bit of a given, but increasing the number of babies makes the road to 100 sooooo much easier. Go to the rewards store and purchase the fertile reward for 3,000 satisfaction points. Another way to increase the chances of having twins/triplets, is if you have the Spa Day Game Pack. With this pack you can get a fertility massage at the spa or from a sim who is practiced in the wellness skill. If you would like to get a this massage treatment at home, make sure that there is a massage table on your lot.

Step 3 - Home Cooked Meals & Painting

Once your sim is expecting, any free time should be used to prepare meals or to paint. Once the babies start coming along, your sim will need to get back out there to get pregnant again so there wont be too much time to cook. In the beginning of the game, due to the rules set by the challenge, money will not be your friend since you cannot use any cheats. If you are constantly trying to cook large meals and spending all that money and time cooking, only to be interrupted by babies/toddlers crying, it can feel like you're just throwing away money. Prepping some meals during your down time in the first couple of pregnancies will be much more beneficial because of this. Painting is the way your stay-at-home sim can make the most money at one time which is why it can be beneficial to have your sim start with the creative trait.

Step 4 - Children's Skills

Once the kiddos start aging up, it is a good idea to have different children proficient in different skill lines. One of the best would definitely be the handiness skill line to eventually make furniture/appliances/etc unbreakable and self-cleaning. Toddlers can be very messy, so having some upgrades done to prevent messes and breakage is the way to go.

Step 5 - Spend Your Lifetime Points

Not having to sleep or eat much can really make the difference when you are either trying to get busy or way too busy with little ones. In the rewards store make sure to purchase Steel Bladder for 2,000 satisfaction, Antiseptic for 3,000 satisfaction, Fertile for 3,000 satisfaction, Hardly Hungry for 4,000 satisfaction, and Never Weary for 4,000 satisfaction. This will help your sim be able to free up much more time to meet new potential partners to make the challenge go by easier.

If you Follow these steps and check out the link to the challenge i'm sure you can find success in getting 100 babies because the sims has all kinds of crazy stuff going on. Its hilarious and a blast. I hope you like it too.
